Prices are subject to change without notice. ALL Prices listed on the Inspired online store are not applicable in any of our retail stores and vice versa. The online store faces a different competition then our retail locations, therefore prices may vary.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped in the next 48 hours, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.

Signature Required

For ALL orders being shipped to an address differing from the credit card holder’s Billing Address or for any order over 500$:

Inspired will require the credit card holder to send a scanned copy of a valid piece of ID, a scan of the back of his credit card (showing the signature) and a signed copy of the Inspired receipt. We will also require those documents if we judge the shipping or billing information given by a customer is insufficient or invalid.

International Shipping

Inspired offers international shipping with Canada Post to a number of international countries. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.

Currency

All prices on our site are listed in Canadian dollars, and charged in Canadian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Warranty

Our Warranty

All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Inspired on line will ensure follow-up of claims made with the manufacturers for the duration of the warranty. As soon as the defective item is in our possession, we will take care of transportation as well as any and all details pertaining to the claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused products purchased at REGULAR PRICE may be returned within 7 DAYS of reception using secure packaging. Products bought on sale have a FINAL SALE status and may thus NOT BE RETURNED. Return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer, except when the product does not reflect the order. Only UNUSED products in their original box or wrapping will be accepted for return.
Each refund request will be assessed by our Customer Service. Before returning a product, you must get a return number (RA#) from our Customer Service. PLEASE contact us (sales@inspiredmedia.tv) before sending products back. Absolutely No return will be accepted without a valid RA number. Your return number is valid for a period of 10 business days; after this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. Items HAVE to be shipped back to us on the SAME DAY the RA Number is issued.

Claims

You may put in a claim for a defective product by contacting Customer Service at: canada@inspiredmedia.tv. You must then return the product in its original packaging, along with the return number you were given, and a copy of your invoice (or other proof of purchase).Inspired will pay return transportation fees only in case of shipment error. In all other cases, return transportation fees will be paid by the customer (to and from our warehouse). Before initiating return procedures, digital pictures may be used for verification purposes.

Refund

No refund or exchange will be granted on special orders.

Sales tax is determined according to the shipping address. If your billing address is in Québec but your shipping address is in Ontario, Ontario sales tax will be charged.
